1. Introduction

10. Grievance Redressal and Escalation Mechanism

11. Compliance with GDPR and DPDP Act

14. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability
You agree to protect Agham from any claims arising out of your misuse of the platform. This includes claims related to your content, violations, or third-party disputes. Agham's total liability to you is capped at ₹100 or the value of your order. This limitation applies to all claims under or related to these T&Cs.
15. Miscellaneous Terms
These T&Cs are governed by Indian law with jurisdiction in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms continue to apply.
